- Events that require payment to attend or participate are $25 to list on Healthbeat (you will be prompted to pay by credit card after entering your information).

- Job and career fairs (including any hiring informational session or event) are also $25 to list on Healthbeat. Individual jobs can be posted on our jobs board.

- Please only submit once per event (including translations and virtual/in-person options).

- We ask that you do not submit your information in ALL CAPS as this makes it difficult to read. Please use sentence case for title and description.

- We review each submission before publishing. This process can take up to five business days.
